Our Story

I started running two years ago in Granada, Spain. Mostly to see if I could.

Did a few 10Ks, one half marathon. Still going and trying to improve every day.

The thing nobody tells you is how much of running is just... your head. Especially past kilometer 14 or 15. Your legs are fine. Your brain is not. You start making deals with yourself. You look for anything to hold onto.

I read shirts when I run. Always have. And one day I thought — what if the message on the back wasn't for the person wearing it? What if it was for me, running behind them?

That's the whole idea.

RUN4WARD makes shirts for runners. The message faces the person behind you — not you. One runner quietly telling another: still here, keep going, not yet.

We're all out there doing the same thing. Might as well say something.

RUN4WARD — What they see when you're ahead.
